Maintenance is very important for your electric bicycle or electric scooter to preserve the quality. Regular check-ups and maintenance will lengthen your vehicles' lifespan. Tips for maintenance are to be found in the manual. The manuals are provided with the product, but can also be downloaded from our website. To download a manual, please go to ‘downloads’.

Representations and warranties may differ for different products. For details check your product’s manual or contact your dealer. For optimal support we ask you to fill out the warranty card and send the completed form to:

Need maintenance?
A QWIC-dealer is not obligated to repair the bike or scooter if the vehicle wasn’t purchased at that same dealer. If after consideration you decide to have your bike repaired by a different QWIC-dealer, spare parts might be covered by QWIC. Service costs like repair costs, replacement transport, maintenance costs etc. are not covered by the warranty but are to be paid by the owner of the bike.
